Built in 1899 to serve the growing community of Mooresville, this historic building and the interior fixtures remain unchanged today. Housed in the historic Mooresville Depot, Mooresville Arts offers judged and juried shows throughout the year. Lake Norman regional artists participate by exhibiting all media of artwork in the Center and Satellite Galleries. A Gallery Shop is located inside the depot with over 400 individual works of art. Classes and workshops are offered in drawing, painting, watercolor and photography. Summer camps and Saturday classes are available for youth and teens.
