We offer craft beer, wine, cider, and more. Our beers are brewed and served on-site, using 5BBL EZ Brew Systems. This method of brewing allows us to streamline our approach and consistently replicate the brew process. This means that the taste of our batches will be the same each time, allowing you to enjoy the beers you love each and every time you visit us.

Additionally, we will offer food options from neighboring restaurants. We aim to support the local community by hosting car shows, musicians, special parties, and other events.

Wobbly Butt Brewery is named after Dachshunds that have traveled the country with their hoomans and made an impact everywhere they go. In 2020 Leroy and Addie’s hoomans decided they wanted to take their love of their dogs and beer and merge the two into an experience unlike any other.

We are committed to helping not only the Dachshund community, but any person or animal in need. Through our Companions 4 Life page and the Wagging Tails Foundation, we hope to provide emotional and financial support to those who need it. That’s why 10% from every dollar Wobbly Butt Brewery makes will go into the Wagging Tails Foundation in the hopes that any dog, cat, human and every animal in between who needs help will be able to get it and celebrate lots of days with their best friends.

Hoptown beers will only be available on draft and in Crowlers initially, though the brewery plans to distribute cans later on. Hoptown will also serve wine (traditional and natural), as well as cider from Botanist & Barrel Cidery & Winery.

A veteran owned growing brewery founded in 2017 combines the unique mix of real German brewing tradition and add innovative technology. Themed beers include Ale names borrowed from Pirate sailing traditions like IPatch, Barbarossa Red, and the award winning Walk the Plant Wheat among others. Beer is available in the region at Taverns and fine Alehouses. Tastings and growlers are served on a limited schedule inside of working brewery.

An idea created from the popular R&D (Research & Drinking) Events at Ghostface Brewing, where the brewers would unleash 7 new beers at a time and experiment with strange ingredients, fruit and yeast, has translated into a new location dedicated to the art of brewing. The creation of the Beer Lab is to bring out experimental beers with taps consistently changing weekly if not daily, and to let the brewers’ inner scientists explore the unlimited flavors of beer. In addition, they have some of the best Bourbon, Scotch & Whiskey there is to offer and they are dog friendly!

Besides the many restaurants and bars that offer our beers, Ghostface Brewing has our main taproom at the brewpub where we make the beer off Statesville Avenue in downtown Mooresville. We offer up to 20 beers on tap, with a selection of rotating styles, some available on nitro. Tastings & full pours are available on-site, as well as full growler fills to go. Also serving delicious NY style pizza, wings, salads and more from Davidson Pizza Company!

King Canary isn’t just about the beer; it’s about an inviting atmosphere for the community. The brewery features two floors with a combination of bar seating, tables and couches. Expansive windows, as well as outdoor seating areas, allow for ample viewing of the Lake Norman cove, along which King Canary sits. King Canary also includes a game room, outdoor fire pit and other amenities to create “a cozy farmhouse” environment.
